OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

We loved Wine Down! Great location on the Cape, private, clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beaches and the state park. Perfect for a large family and especially if you are bringing your boat and a few cars.

This house exceeded our expectations! Very clean and it had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was amazing, had every utensil you can imagine. There’s a counter top ice maker, olive/mushroom/strawberry slicer, steam pot with lid and basket for shrimp or other seafood, air fryer, plenty of Tupperware type containers to use there (not to take home), an abundance of plates, bowls, wine glasses, coffee cups and silverware! Plenty of towels too. The beds were very comfortable and the decor is stunning! And the elevator was so convenient. The walk to the beach was easy and we could see the sunset from the top screened in porch. We had five adults, a 19 and 16 year old, a 3 year old and a 16 month old. There was a very nice wooden gate for the top of the stairs! Plenty of extra blankets and even an extra fan in the closet of the bunk room (which was larger then it looks in photos). The upstairs bedroom had a trundle bed, so there’s an extra twin mattress underneath. The pool was perfect and is salt water, which was great. The Corn Hole boards were a lot of fun too. Just down the street is a seafood market which we used several times. About 10 minutes down the road is the state park and about 5 minutes back towards Port St. Joe is a kayak launch on the bay side.
