Inside, you'll find fresh new furnishings, tile floors throughout, and a spacious living area that opens to the patio—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the dining area and comfortable living room provide plenty of space to gather and unwind.
Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and designed for comfort, with the primary suite featuring a king bed, en suite bath, and flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom also offers cozy accommodations, and there's another flat-screen TV in the living room, along with wireless internet access throughout.
Step outside to enjoy the sparkling pool and spa just a few steps away, or take a walk through the beautifully landscaped community grounds.

Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
