Noelani 305 is a spacious, beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo that blends island charm with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Dine outdoors on your private lanai or enjoy meals inside surrounded by tropical finishes designed to put you at ease. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout keep the space cool after a day in the Maui sun.
The master suite offers a king bed, generous storage, a large flat-screen TV, and its own private lanai — the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet read. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the third bedroom on the main level has two twin beds, ideal for families. The living room sofa converts to a bed for extra guests, and a washer/dryer in the unit makes traveling light easy.

Please note: Noelani Resort does not have elevators, and each unit includes only one parking stall. The parking lot is small so there are no exceptions for 2 cars. There are no resort or parking fees.
