Onsite amenities include underground parking, tennis courts, basketball hoop, swimming pool, children's pool, whirlpool, restaurant and bar, beach with beach amenity rental shack, 2 exercise facilities, ohana game room and barbecue grills. The resort is within a 10-minute drive of 3 championship golf courses which are open to the public. Sands of Kahana is ideal to help create your impeccable Maui vacation. Captain Jack's Restaurant on property serves breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a great Happy Hour! Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. For convenience, there are two stores nearby with easy grab-and-go deli items and anything you might need without having to go to a larger busy grocery store.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. The condo was beautiful and we had room enough for the 5 adults and 3 toddlers. The view and amenities were excellent. AC would have been a plus but we were able to have a breeze with all the windows and doors. We had the best time.

The host was wonderful, the unit was wonderful and the area was wonderful. Loved everything about it. It was clean, spacious, beds comfortable, views amazing, the amenities had something for everybody. Parking was easy. Wish we could stay longer but would definately stay here again. Highly recommend the host and the unit. Thank you so much.

Eveything about this property was amazing. It was super spacious and clean. They provided everything we needed. Towels for the beach, beach chairs, sand toys, boogieboad and more! The best part of this property was the view!!! Absolutely breathtaking! The condo is a little outdated but it didnt matter because the location, view and cleanliness was 10/10. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

There was a few things that just needed general maintenance such as the faucets needed updated or filters changed out since they wouldn’t shut off completely. The fans were very poor for having no air conditioning in the room. Overall, the condo was great! Spectacular views and lots of room!
