My stay in the Premium Suite was very comfortable; the room size, bed, and overall amenities were excellent. However, I was disappointed by the buffet breakfast, which felt repetitive and lacked variety. A significant issue was the lack of rule enforcement regarding smoking; guests were frequently smoking in the lobby near the elevators. As I was traveling with a baby, this was a major concern. Management should monitor CCTV more strictly and ensure that smoking policies are enforced to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights and was expecting to use the gym regularly during my stay. Unfortunately, there is no gym, spa, or salon available at the hotel, which was quite disappointing. The hotel also seems to have limited staff, and the behaviour of a few staff members was not very welcoming. In particular, one staff member working in the restaurant behaved quite rudely, which negatively affected our experience. When we checked in, we also noticed a lot of mosquitoes around the reception area, which did not give a good first impression. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained. Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms was good, but the lack of advertised expected facilities, staff behaviour, and mosquito issue at the reception made our 5 night stay less enjoyable than expected.
