    By far the best hotel to stay in Goa! The hotel staff are extreamly helpful and their hospitality is the best. From the secrity guards, the front desk, the hotel manager, the resturant staff, the housekeeping staff all deserve praise for their services. Special shoutout to their restaurant staff Ms Saijal for always assisting us with a smile. Would anyday chose Ramada, Arpora over any other property in Goa.

    The staff is really good and helpful and I will recommended everyone who is new to Goa.

    I was not happy at all with the experience I had with the property. Couple of issues 1) Basic checks were not taken care of prior to check in. Multiple aspects like resetting TV, phones not working, clogged drains were not really checked before guest was asked to check in 2) There is an issue in this location with local cabs in that locality that prevents other Govt undertaking cabs like Goa miles from being allowed to pickup guests from the hotel. I was asked to walk about 100 meters with my young kids on the road with big bags just to get the cab since they were not allowed to have me picked up at the hotel. Further, the cabs that were local to that location were charging more than double of what Goa miles were charging and no Goa mile cab was willing to come to my location. Seeing all of this, begs me to reconsider my holidays back to Goa again.
