6 Church Lane, a pleasant holiday cottage, consists of a kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, and washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV and electric log-effect fire. The bedroom is a double with an en-suite bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared yard area and a public car park available. Babes in arms only, unsuitable for children. One well-behaved dog welcome, to be kept downstairs and not on furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Bring your special someone to 6 Church Lane for a private retreat. Note: There are open, steep spiral stairs with rope hand rail in the property, please take care.

Town: The market town of Llanidloes nestles on the eastern slopes of the Cambrian Mountains, with access to some of the most unspoilt and undiscovered scenery both Wales and the Welsh/Shropshire Borders have to offer. Locally, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, with walking, cycling, riding, fishing, tennis, golf, swimming and shooting all available within 10 miles. Further afield, but still within easy touring distance, are a host of attractions: Powis Castle (National Trust), with its world famous gardens, is just 20 miles away; the Welsh Coast, with its fine beaches, is less than an hour’s drive; Rhayader and the Elan Valley are 40 minutes away; the Shropshire towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury are within easy reach, as are the popular North Wales destinations of Llangollen and Snowdonia. A picturesque region, ideal for an action packed holiday or a relaxing break.
