lovely place to stay quiet and peaceful despite the busy road behind us.
only half an our walk into borth through glenlerry holiday park alongside the river coming out by the animalarium
great shower, bedrooms and open lounge/ kitchen/diner
we didnt use the hot tub but it was inside a barn so could be used any time of the year a fabulous idea and private too
everything was very clean except the worktop and coasters however it was soon soon sorted, I think it may have been missed by mistake it was just when we moved the toaster etc we noticed it also the jar with coffee in was pretty grim!
personally I would have liked some washing up liquid to save using the dishwasher when there were only 2 of us
and not enough toilet rolls - not a problem we bought some.

We really liked the hot tub and the welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, jams and just marvelous bacon. Also the rooms are very spacious, the beds are super comfy and they have a very sweet and friendly black cat.
