OUR HOUSE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
2. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings
3. PETS are allowed (Needs to accept Addendum) $150/pet with 2 pet maximum.
4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!!
5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST
6. Must submit a $300 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
7. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment)
8. ID verification after reservation. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing)
9. Please don’t rearrange or take the furniture outside.
10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Note:
-A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of bath soap, toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished.

-Security cameras: Your safety is our priority. We have 4 actively recording exterior security cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house outside which record video and audio. NO cameras on the interior of the house.

-Wildlife animals may appear around the area. We advise you enjoy all the amenities available with caution and at your own risk. Avoid leaving unattended food outdoors.
