● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
● This property can accommodate up to 10 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit
DOG FEE:
●$75 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.
● Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.
● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
● We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Weis Markets, ShopRite, ALDI, Walmart, CVS
● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.
● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

Great stay from location to the relaxing views and hot tub. Furniture was comfy and had lots of room at the house. Included was games and all tvs were a great size to enjoy!! Would be back for sure. Location was near food, fun and anything you would need was close! Fridge was a little small for our family size, but we had a cooler to give us more room.

The house is very nice and well decorated. We loved the outside areas and the hot tub! Bedrooms were spacious, showers were hot, plenty of dishes and great amenities. The host was very responsive.

My wife and I booked this house for our anniversary. I can’t recommend it enough!
The house itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The thoughtful touches throughout the space added warmth and charm, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Nestled in a serene area, we were close to local attractions yet far enough to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.
Overall, this house exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat and a spotless environment, look no further. We can’t wait to return!
