Luxury renovated contemporary home located inside a private gated community(A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools, playgrounds, paddle boats, mini golf basketball & tennis courts. Located in the ❤️ of the Poconos there are opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping and fine dining NASCAR & Casinos.

The Hot Tub Jacuzzi is available all year in the backyard
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).
** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.
***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.
**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill. Backyard is equipped with a Jacuzzi, picnic table, fire pit and plenty of space.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.
PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance)

We were a party of 8 adults, a 14yr old boy and a medium size dog. Check in process was very easy. The house had a good layout and was lovely decorated but it was a bit too tight for all of us. We loved that it was a split level home because when we all were trying to spend time in the living room it and did feel crowded but when we were each spending time in different areas of the house it was great! What I wish I knew and had come prepared for is that there weren’t enough utensils and dinnerware for all of us to eat at the same time. Only 6 forks, 1 soup spoon and 2 teaspoons in the utensils drawer. No baking tray/dish. No fire pick at the fire-pit outside. Only 3 towels for the jacuzzi. No extra hand towels for bathroom, no kitchen towels. Had plenty of knives and serving utensils, only 9 dinner plates and can't remember how many bowls, I want to say like 6, some likely left over by other renters. The hosts were very easy to contact. Overall, it was great, we loved the community, the fire-pit and jacuzzi! I might book again and come prepared :D

The house was spotless and I was super thankful it was pet friendly as I have two dogs. I loved the backyard. The hot tub was my favorite part. The host was also super responsive and friendly. Great rental!!!!!

Our 4-day stay at Alex's property was generally enjoyable. Unfortunately, the kitchen window shade was accidentally damaged by us. We've already apologized to Alex and offered to cover repair/replacement costs.While we appreciated the space, here are some constructive observations to enhance future stays: * Washing Machine & Downstairs Bathroom: Strong odor and mold in the washer made it unusable; smell affected the generally unclean downstairs bathroom. * Outdoor Fire Safety: A nearby water hose for the fire pit would enhance safety. * Exterior Appearance: Faded/peeling paint detracts from curb appeal; a fresh coat is needed. * Kitchen Basics: Missing essentials like aluminum foil, baking sheets, coffee filters, salt, and sugar were inconvenient. * Workspace: A dedicated desk in a bedroom or common area would be very beneficial for remote work. * Window Treatments & Leak: Kitchen window needs curtains/blinds. Noticed a rainwater leak through the kitchen door. * Cleaning Tools: A dustpan is needed with the broom.Despite these points, we appreciate Alex's hospitality. We hope this feedback helps improve the property for future guests.
