This multi-level home is designed for comfort and offering separate zones for socializing and relaxing.

Upper/Main Level
The heart of the home is the bright and open-concept main level. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy family room with a pull-out couch and TV. The main level hosts three of the five bedrooms:
Master Suite: Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. With TV
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with TV.
These two bedrooms share a separate full bathroom.

A full bathroom is also located on the lower level for convenience.

There is mandatory $125 Community HOA application fee part of every booking which includes all community amenities for 6 guests and any additional guests can pay $10/person to use the facilities .we need this atleast 4 days before the booking starts. This fees already part of Airbnb booking.

Any booking less than 4 days or last minute booking needs extra $75 fees beside the $125 application fee.

No unregistered guests allowed, There is a POA registration that our guests are required to fill out and return. The home is located in private community.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms
Please respect the noise curfew
At the end of your stay leave linens and blankets on the beds. Put any used towels in the laundry.
Property must be left in the same condition as start of stay
