The individual apartments are private and comfortable. The common areas are clean and well secured.
Neighbors were a little run down but wall were high and fences were electric.

I liked that it was a 2min walk to the beach. I also liked the aesthetic of the room. The AC worked well.
The rooms is advertised as two sleeping areas. One twin and one full bed. The twin bed is a day bed and it did not come with any bedding. When I asked for another blanket, they were going to charge $30 due to the cleaning lady coming over after hours. The check in is at 3pm. Also, the address on the booking website is wrong.
