• To ensure a smooth stay, we highly recommend reviewing the community rules in your guidebook. Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property, including the condo and balcony. Additionally, avoid hanging towels or clothing on the balcony rails or furniture.
• Activities related to prostitution or unregistered visitors are prohibited.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home.
• Check-out time is 11 AM to allow thorough cleaning for the next guests.
• A maximum of 6 registered guests is allowed per unit. ID's of guests and license plate of vehicles are required.
• Parties are not permitted—this is a family-friendly community.
• We do not supply laundry detergent. There is a small market out front that sells small bags at an affordable rate.
