The apartment was very comfortable and luxurious.
Just the last night, there were some noisy visitors in close apartment doing a part for most of the afternoon and early evening and they moved to the pool area around 10:00 pm, however they stayed there for about 30 mins. After that, it was silent again.

Pools were nice, location is great. Very nice first floor condo but ready for a refresh. Housekeeping every 3 days is too long. Insufficient hand and body soap for the stay. Security is great. Location, when not on the beach, is hard to beat. Very convenient.
No maid service during our stay. Floors were dirty. Television in LR was not functional. Finding English speaking stations at night was difficult.

Staff could be more respectful and learn proper mannerisms. Very rude people at the front desk reception office, the lady needs to be more compassionate and kind. WiFi was absolutely terrible, would not work at all, an added surprise guests: the cockroaches
