Very clean and well maintained. We also loved the thought that went into small things in this condo such as the extra hooks located on the patio and throughout the condo for hanging beach items and beach towels.
The pool was located across a short sidewalk from the main dumpsters for the condos so the smell was so bad one night when we arrived at the pool we could not tolerate it to swim.

Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pool was near and the ice machine was hugely helpful.
Unfortunately the shower was clogged and pooled while in use. Maintenance was not able to promptly resolve the issue right away. We had to deal with it and it was unpleasant.
