This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house features a private pool, dock, fire pit, gas grill, shuffleboard court and small fenced in yard for your pet! Beach access is just a short bike ride away, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and exploring the coastline. Ideal for families and groups, The East Beach provides a comfortable and convenient base for your island adventure.



The Space:

Step inside The East Beach and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your island getaway. The house features three spacious bedrooms, each offering a private retreat. The Primary Bedroom is a comfortable haven with a queen-sized bed, designed for ultimate relaxation. Guest Bedroom 1 and Guest Bedroom 2 each offer a queen-sized bed, providing comfortable accommodations for family or friends. All three bedrooms provide a smart TV. The three full bathrooms are designed with guest comfort in mind. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Step outside to your private oasis, featuring a sparkling heated outdoor pool, a dock for easy gulf access, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. A gas grill and shuffleboard court add to the entertainment options, while a small fenced-in yard is available for your pet. The property is designed to be family-friendly, with amenities for everyone. Beach access is just a short bike ride away, providing easy access to the sandy shores.

Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

Guests must complete a rental agreement following booking

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
