We really enjoyed the condo and the area. My son was allowed to fish off the dock and he loved doing this. The pool was pretty crowded with younger kids, but grills always open and loved riding bikes to the lighthouse.

Fantastic vacation stay. Great accommodations and property, well maintained. The Moorings is better than most properties in the area. Has all amenities and the grounds are exceptional. Close to the beach and great pools.

The sound in the TV in the living room was NOT GOOD. We reported it to the office; nothing was done. Don't know if it's the TV itself or what, but all 4 of us in the unit had a hard time understanding what was said on it.

The unit was great and the welcome team of Marie, Bill, and Braden was AMAZING! However the listing omitted some very important details regarding their pet policy that caused a bit of a hold up upon checkin and put a bit of a damper on the entirety of stay.
