Easy access to facility and beach. Great staff interactions

Access to the beach, the pool, the wonderful staff, that it was ground floor, that we could rinse off at an outdoor shower after being at the beach, ease of entry into our room, nice pool furnishings
Room: The pillows were not good, there should have been a rug inside the front door, the coffee cups provided were too small, the blanket on the couch smelled and needs to be laundered, the floor had sand on it when we came in the room, should be vacuumed and not just swept, we would stay at this property again but not in this room. We did leave a $40 cleaning tip
Also that huge pot hole at the parking lot entrance should have been filled. Also someone could have taken a blower and blown the pavers off around the pool at least once a day.

The condo was very clean and appropriately furnished. Check I exceptionaln was super easy.
For me, the mattress was way too soft and for both my friend and I, the pillows were not good.
