The beach access was close & easy walk. We were away block from shops that had coffee, gifts, ice cream and restaurant. The condo was clean, felt like it was newly remodeled & great pool. The property also harld complimentary foldout chairs, umbrella and beach toys we could take to the beach; something we didn’t think about so it was great to have it available for out of town guest to use.
We thought it was confusing about how to get new towels everyday. We placed our hamper out but didn’t get new towels so we used the same ones for the whole stay.

It’s a newly remodeled facility with quality finishes and good decorating in a knockout location
The office manager, Marcie, is very good at her job and a true asset to Colony Inn
It is still under renovation in areas, pool was closed and there are issues with AC/Heat that they are still working out
