The room is nice, clean and with great view on the sea. It a good value for the money.
You take the room directly from the owner, which means all the problem you deal with him directly. We waited for a hour to get the room. We had to wait for a day to get more toilet paper, and got only one key although being 3 persons. This is not a hotel room, so no cleaning. It more of a airbnb style, with the owner no so helpful.

Быстро заселили. На улице был проливной дождь, так как я была в другой башне и с тяжелыми чемоданами, мне заботливо заменили номер, чтобы я никуда не ходила и не мокла. Я была поражена видом из окна, прямой вид на море и озеро. Очень чистое белье, офигенно мягкий матрац. Спасибо вам за гостеприимство 🙏🏻

Good location, and the apartment is quite spacious.
There was no communication with the host at all. We did not receive towels or toilet paper, and the cleanliness definitely needs improvement — the sheets and towels were not clean. The whole place was extremely crowded and felt more like a huge train station than a vacation apartment complex. Very disappointing!
