The decorative style was good and the decor was in excellent condition. The kitchen facilities were very good, but lacked a microwave. The bed was very comfortable.

The unit is a studio flat with a bed built into the wall and this was not made clear from the Bookings entry and photographs. No parking in Suxmundham except by paying in the train station car park, some 5 minutes walk away from the flat.
