Elegante rifugio nel centro di Arezzo con patio privato

I’ll start by saying that we never stay in apartments or homes when we travel, we always stay in hotels. However, there were no hotels available in Arezzo for this particular weekend that looked remotely appealing, so I decided to give an apartment a try. I’m so glad I did! From start to finish, Giulio was a top-notch host. He met us at the apartment when we arrived, gave us a tour, and walked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment itself is fantastic. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and even an enclosed patio. It has been recently remodeled and is absolutely immaculate - modern, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. We stayed during some very hot weather, with temperatures reaching 97F, and the air conditioning in both the bedrooms and living room kept the apartment comfortably cool. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove, dishwasher, and everything you would need to prepare meals, although we didn’t end up using it. Giulio also provided plenty of coffee and tea. There is even a washing machine available, although we didn’t need to use it during our stay. The location is another major plus. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the train station, which is incredibly convenient. You don’t have to worry about arranging a taxi when arriving or departing. It’s also right in the city center, making it an ideal location for exploring Arezzo and enjoying the sights. And perhaps best of all, Giulio was always just a message away. We could easily reach him on WhatsApp whenever we had a question or needed anything, which made the entire stay feel effortless. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You will not regret it. I would absolutely stay here again!

Freshly renovated apartment in the city center. Well Designed and decorated. Very functional.

A clean, new, large, spacious and luxurious apartment that includes everything a guest needs, from a fully equipped kitchen even with butter, water and an Italian spritz drink to a washing machine. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a luxurious living room, 5 minutes walking distance from the train station but without hearing the noise of trains. A clean and quiet apartment. In a building that has undergone a general renovation. i will be cappy to return soon.
