It is near Ogizawa station if you will further travel to Tateyama and also near Hakuba.
The lady at the reception is quite confused as to which rooms are occupied and vacant. As she was trying to find an empty room for our group, she just opened the doors of the other rooms without knocking, and two of those rooms were already occupied. First, she should have knocked since that is totally inappropriate to simply barged in the rooms of the guests; second, she should know which rooms are vacant and occupied from a list.
