    Initially I booked the log cabin, but the staff upgraded it to the superior room right at the main building instead. Great shuttle service available for free on demand, not just for the arrival and departure portion, they also provide for other locations in HAKUBA. The staff also helped me booked restaurants for dinner. Had one of my dinner at the hotel itself and was delighted that the staff have helped communicated my dietary restrictions, aka being a vegetarian. As my departure is really early in the morning, the staff helped prepared a packed breakfast for me too! Other than the great services, the whole hotel is well decorated, with amenities provided in the room and replenished very on time. Overall a really great experience.

    It's a Heartfelt Hospitality you will crave for in Japan. A loving staff who just wants to have you selflessly always. I have never seen a hotel go beyond their way to accommodate guests request with food even when they have their own restaurants that can't couldn't cater my needs. The breakfast amazing. Everything was closed on the I reached the activities and all but they called up everywhere just to check what all can help me with my needs

    I really loved staying at Hakuba Resort Hotel La Neige. Everything about this hotel just felt right for me. The room was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and how everything was thoughtfully prepared. It made the whole stay feel very smooth and relaxing. After a few active days in Hakuba, it was the perfect place to slow down, have a quiet coffee, read, and reset. If I come back to Hakuba again, I would definitely choose

    1 Room was filthy 2 Didn't have a good breakfast that was truly expensive.. Went next door to Tokyu hotel for delicious buffet. Nothing redeemable
