Location, easy access to ski slopes.

Had trouble locking door.

The reception staff were great. I wanted to single out Arther who was amazing. There was an issue with our booking and she too care if it right away and we got upgraded a room type also. We also forgot a pair of boots and she arranged to have them sent by courier back to us in Yokohama. The location to the lifts and restaurants is very convenient.

The noise from the bar in the basement can be annoying especially if you stay on the lower floors.

Good location great customer service 🤙 I left some items there and they helped me out and shipped them back to me in Hawaii that’s above and beyond good service

Fantastic breakfast buffet. Recently renovated rooms with nice showers, but need more shelves/storage options for clothes/gear. Beds were a bit too hard for me but my family liked them.

Wifi only worked in lounge so was often full of people doing work zoom calls which was annoying. recently renovated rooms but lighting poor and leaking window with cold water/ice pooling on windowsill. Bar downstairs meant noisy people leaving at 1am waking us up. Staff didn't know much about lift passes so couldnt assist much. Was surprised that they hadn't been informed much. Often had to ask staff to refill the hot water for tea. We were supposed to be staying at Unplan 2 which is supposedly more family friendly and ski in/out. Unplan 1 is more of a hostel with less kids and a 100m walk to the lifts. Expensive in house sauna and restaurant so didn't use either of these.
