    The staff were helpful, it has all the facilities needed for a short stay, I liked the mini market where you could buy small food items because shops in the area close early, there is a private sauna, plenty of books or magazines for travel guidance, inspiration or for general entertainment

    +Just right in front of tsugaike kogen ski resort! Few steps to bus stop. Nice kitchen and coin laundry (a little bit dusty here). -limited public transportation if you arrived late. Need to take the taxi. Staff not available in the night.

    i booked this hotel and informed my wife about it after an hour of booking. She informed me immediately upon checking the hotel that is a shared bathroom amd that she cannot stay in such a room due to her condition. Less than 2 hours, I requestesd cancellation and refund . Agoda sent the request but the hotel rejected it. The Hotel staff did not have any consideration and conpassion. I had to book to another Hotel in the area. ans lost $***. I will NOT recommend this hotel!!!

    General new looking furnishings in all shared area. WiFi is almost nonexistent except the 1st floor where the reception area is. Shoes aren’t allowed in the shared kitchen and guest room area. However, several non-Asians do not respect that practice, which makes it feel dirty walking barefoot in those areas.
