    Its a gpod place in the given price. 2 kms from main area + slightly interior from main street. Its not thr best but offers value

    Very different from other places I stayed in Vietnam. Negatives: smallest place, no real reception, only one towel per person, shower over toilet so wet bathroom floor. Shower hose and bidet hose leaking. View straight onto other building...cms away. Cleaning had to be requested. Positives: staff friendly, facilities modern, secure, location ok(although difficult to find). Would I stay here again? Probably not.... But maybe. Accommodation and service could be planned out so much better to make more comfortable for visitors. E.g. a shower screen, hand and floor towel, better planned storage, utensils in kitchen. Clearer re cleaning arrangement. Overall ok and thanks for my stay

    Mostly everything was bad. On arrival at the hotel we were told there was a problem and sent to another location in a different area. No prior communication even though we reached out, we messaged, email, agoda, all no reply. Only on arrival, we received some reply. The other room we were given was in an unfinished hotel with no reception. Only way to open the door is to message someone who sleeps there, no English speaker though. Wifi didn't work at all and on the day of checkout we also didn't have running water in the morning and after going back to the hotel from breakfast the front door was locked and no one picked up the phone. Had to wait for 20 minutes in a busy street in the heat before someone showed up. Maybe once the hotel is actually finished and you intend to stay there it could be fine, but it certainly was not for us.
