Great breakfast

Great apartment on two floors with balcony overlooking beach and sunsets at nights. Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful in every respect. There are many beaches in the area, but big expansive sand beach next to the Ocean Villa is somehow overlooked and therefore not crowded. Thanks again to the wonderful family who hosted our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are big and very nice, with an amazing ocean view from the balcony. The beach is only about 20 meters away, so you can be in the water in no time. The breakfast was very good and changed a bit every day, which we liked a lot. In the afternoon there was always tea or coffee included, which was a really nice extra. The family running the place is super friendly and helpful and really tries to make every wish possible. We actually booked for only 5 days at first but ended up staying almost 3 weeks, which says it all. The price is fair, the air conditioning works well, and overall it’s a perfect spot if you want to relax on the beach or go surfing. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the Ocean Villa! We will definitely come back here next time we are in Sri Lanka! Location 10/10, right by the ocean. The beach is literally around the corner and you can see it from the bedroom window. The beach is perfect for surfing, so if you are a surfer - this is the perfect spot (surfers from other parts of the Sri come there). Very beautiful and clean villa, in warm colours, which is pleasant to be in. Hot water is also always present if you need it) Breakfasts are sooooo delicious, there are always fruits, smoothies, morning dishes like pancakes with coconut, yogurts and coffee. But the biggest treasure are the hosts, they really care about you, help organize all transfers, rent a scooter, etc. They even taught me how to ride on their scooter before I rented mine for the trip (I mean it, it amazing!). They looked for the best surf coach, helped with money exchange. And they even went to the store to buy snacks for the road for that we had at night. I have never seen such a caring approach. Thank you very much, I remember it with warmth in m.y heart! Nimesha who is the host is a true treasure and heart of the Ocean Villa so I really recommend to stay over there. And the whole family that owns the place are extremely kind!
