I had the double room with private bath and ac. It was a pretty nice place and a good location with some great value restaurants close by.
They have an optional breakfast for just a few dollars, but they serve it it at 7am which is too early for me, but I didn't ask if they would make it later.

Our stay at Sun Vivanta Resort was truly pleasant. The owner was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Even though we checked in late and had to leave early for a safari, he kindly woke us up on time and even provided us with extra pillows. He is genuinely a very good man, and his hospitality made a big difference.
The washroom was clean, the facilities were well kept, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. If we ever travel to Sri Lanka again, we would definitely choose to stay at Sun Vivanta Resort.
