Propre, équipement fonctionnel. Ventilateur à disposition. La disponibilité du propriétaire (qui a réagi rapidement au dysfonctionnement du portail extérieur et à ma demande imprévue de prolongation de mon séjour d’une nuit).
Les fenêtres celui ne s’ouvrent que peu et je n’ai jamais réussi à ouvrir. Le matelas est un peu trop mou à mon goût.

Petit appartement extrêmement bien placé en centre, calme et agréable. Très jolie rénovation.
Attention, 3 étages à monter. Emplacement sous les toits, risque de chaleur.

Petit appartement sous les toits, très joliment rénové. Beaux matériaux utilisés. Les prises sont prévues et bien placées, le linge de bain doux, la douche est parfaite et chaude. Dans un quartier calme d'Orléans, néanmoins en centre ville. Le bâtiment est en fond de cours. Lit confortable (bien qu'un peu grinçant).
Pas d'instructions sur le déverrouillage de la plaque (j'ai dû appeler l'hôte). Poubelles de recyclage de l'immeuble vite pleines.
