La posizione è buona per la vicinanza di negozi e locali, e fermata del comodo bus che ti porta in tutte le direzioni, il breve soggiorno è stato tranquillo, l'appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulito, ha una terrazza e bagno privato, per l'accesso vi sono piú ascensori.
L'appartamento ha bisogno di una rinfrescata generale, manca il climatizzatore (per i periodi più caldi), c'è un grosso ventilatore e manca uno scolapiatti, inoltre qualche stoviglia in più la metterei.
