Good location, close to the ski slopes. Three parking spaces available. The sauna and barbecue area are in a separate building, which is nice and quiet. The sauna worked well, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and cutlery.

he property manager, Attila, was extremely rude and completely ruined our experience. On the first night, he told us to wait for him for the induction and said he would arrive at 5:00 PM. We waited for three hours, and he finally arrived at 8:00 PM. When he arrived, his behavior was rude, childish, and unprofessional. He demanded that I help him and switched between Romanian and English only when it suited him. He also falsely claimed that the door had been unlocked and behaved as if nothing was wrong. Because of his three-hour delay, it was already too late to properly use the sauna on the first night, which was very disappointing. The jacuzzi also did not work at all during our stay, so we were unable to use it. Another major issue was that the thermostat was locked behind closed doors, and guests were not allowed to adjust the temperature. Sometimes it was too hot, other times too cold. We had to message the owner on WhatsApp so she could adjust it remotely via a mobile app, which was very inconvenient. There was also no toilet paper or fresh towels provided during the entire stay. Despite these issues, I preferred not requesting anything further, simply to avoid interacting with him again. His behavior was absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable in a hospitality role.
