Plenty of space for a group of 12. Quiet area, parking spots and barbecue. The rooms are large and well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped. The heating sistem works very well. We found some general stores near by.
They said the place has a baby crib and a children extra bed. Both were unusable. The crib was missing a proper mattress and the children bed, which was a inflatable mattress was broken.
The barbecue is not that well maintained and the outside place for it needs some cleaning and repairs.
The coffee machine needs a proper cleaning.

The view
Villa is near cemetery.....
my room was smelling clorox. First we came it was hot inside the room but later got cold even i tried the heaters and it was still cold.

Very nice house, good location in Bran.
There are no insect nets for windows and this is really challenging during hot days, especially for the rooms at top level (there is no AC too - it would not be needed with insect nets available).
