Tout, la chambre, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, le hammam et le personnel très accueillant. Point positif aussi pour la connexion wifi haute débit.

Rien, tout a été parfait.

Riad avec une magnifique situation, à quelques pas de la place. La chambre “Nour” est splendide et très bien équipée. Quelques fruits à l’accueil. Le personnel est très bienveillant et nous avons également apprécié le petit-déjeuner à la carte qui évite le gaspillage. On choisit ce qu’on désire et si on n’a pas assez, on repasse commande. C’est une belle formule. Point positif pour le SPA également.

El personal de Riad fue excepcional en todo momento. Se aprendieron nuestros nombres y nos trataban con una amabilidad y una profesionalidad de diez. La experiencia Haman inmejorable y la ubicación del sitio maravillosa. Los chicos de recepción se implicaron hasta el ultimo momento en nuestra estancia y nos ayudaron incluso cuando tuvimos un contratiempo de salud. MARAVILLOSO.

La piscina no tenía zonas para tumbarse. Se echan de menos pero sin duda es algo secundario que no afectó para nada a nuestra experiencia.

An absolutely perfect stay. The riad is stunning, brand new, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The décor, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere make it a truly special place. The best part was the staff. Their hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived—always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything. They made us feel completely at home. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the spa (hammam and massage) is a must, and the rooftop with its pool is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset after exploring Marrakech. The location is ideal for visiting the Medina while still enjoying peace and quiet when you return to the riad. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. If we come back to Marrakech, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. A well-deserved 10/10 for the entire team! Ariadna y David
