The riad was beautiful, an oasis in the middle of the medina. We were collected from the airport with luggage then transferred to a trolley while we were walked across the busy main square & through the maze of the medina. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite, which was stunning, right next to one of the pools. The air con in the room was incredible.
All the staff were exceptionally helpful, always smiling & more than happy to help. Breakfast was always delicious, lots of it, which was different each day & was available to eat anytime we wanted it, anywhere in the riad (roof terrace, own room, courtyard etc).
We were given advice on where to go in the city, where to eat, where not to eat & where to watch the sunset from a rooftop bar. Everything at Jardin Des Sens surpassed our expectations, i would highly recommend.
We travelled as a mum & daughter & the city felt perfectly safe, the locals are all friendly, respectful & say hello when you walk past. Our favourite part was walking down the maze of back alleys outside the riad where the locals live, before you hit the busier market streets, again, perfectly safe.

Everything about this place is perfect. Stayed for 5 days and could have stayed forever. The staff are so friendly and kind, and offer you everything you need. The rooms and the rooftop / pools are beautiful and the spa is so relaxing (I went 3 times). Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my trip to Marrakesh!!!

Everything. Fantastic setting perfect after a busy day in the souks. The staff make this place a delight to be there. Massages and food all great. You are truly missing out if you don’t go there. Honestly this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.
