Amazing staff and a little paradise in the middle of the busy historic area. Abdu made us feel very welcome and looked after us from arrival until the last minute, even checking on us by WhatsApp. Mehdi was also very friendly and helpful. Very polite and friendly. The food was delicious, freshly prepared by the chef, and Zahra was a great cook too. Very clean, calm and relaxing, with a lovely small pool and rooftop. We travelled with our children aged 5 and 7 and had a wonderful stay.

Everything! The exquisite decoration, the perfect location, the kindness of Florence and the staff, the delicious food, the spa and amazing hamam scrubs and massages! Everything was perfect to make our stay unforgettable and so relaxing!

The cleanliness and modern feel fused with the traditional Medina feel was a delightful experience. The rooftop breakfast as well as the exceptional customer service from the owner to everyone at the property
