Great property.
4 minute walk from the metro station ‘Estrecho’ which is on Line 1 and very accessible into city centre (roughly 20 minutes into Gran Via/ Sol).
Nice space for 2 people, everything you need is there - hairdryer, iron, all kitchen equipment, washing machine (no dryer) and the host supplied a little package with a sponge, dish soap, a detergent pod, which was a lovely touch.
Mercadona (supermarket) is a one minute walk away and Aldi is about 4 minutes.
Few rogue characters in the area but they were harmless and didn’t approach us.
