The Bernabeu Loft is in Azca, known as one of the most important business areas in Madrid due to the large presence of offices in the area. It is, however, also an important residential area with easy access to leisure centres, offices, and restaurants. Just a few minutes' walk from Paseo de la Castellana, Calle Orense and very close to the famous Santiago Bernabéu stadium. It is a perfect location and very well connected with any point in the city. It has a direct line to the Airport thanks to the proximity of Nuevos Ministerios Metro.
The Apartment:
This loft-style apartment is located on the ground floor of the building with access from the street. It has 33 m2 and a capacity for 4 people distributed in a mezzanine with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The mezzanine has a height of 1.74 metres and has built-in wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The living room, tastefully decorated, has a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay in Madrid. It has air conditioning and heating. The apartment is completely renovated and with a modern touch in every sense.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.

To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

The loft was wonderful, safe neighborhood. Only a couple of things to note: watch your head stepping into the loft area or you could get a concussion when you bang your head. Also, the sofa downstairs did not have any bedding, just glad I had my travel blankets so I had something to use. I would definitely book here again.

We really loved the location. Right across the street from grocery, shopping, restaurant and playgrounds. Metro stops were very convenient too.
The property was well equipped and clean.
Check in was a little difficult because we didn't have internet access but it was needed to unlock the door. After a quick phone call that issue was resolved.

Good environment, All equipment is available. Small but ok for a weekend with 4 people.
Quiet noisy, a pity you need to pay 30 euro cash for arrival after 21h.

Nice apartment conveniently located within distance of Metro. Apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Ceiling in loft was very low and required caution to avoid bumps.
