Welcome to our modern and elegant apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay in Madrid. The living-dining room features a sofa bed with a 1.35-meter-wide mattress, a 43-inch LG Smart TV, a dining table for 4, and a large, bright window, all newly decorated for your comfort. The spacious, newly renovated bathroom has a shower, anti-fog mirror, hairdryer, and storage space. The bedroom offers a 1.35-meter-wide bed, double built-in wardrobe, full-length mirror, and exterior window, designed for maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a laundry terrace for added convenience. A complimentary parking space is available in the same block, although in another building, with dimensions of 4.41 x 2.30 meters. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, as well as radiator heating in all rooms. This apartment is designed to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay, with all the amenities you need. We hope you enjoy your time here!
Guest Access:
Guests can access all areas in the apartment exclusively without sharing with them with anyone. The only space that is shared is the garage, which is accessed by other neighbors in the building (don't worry, nobody will park on your designated spot).

- The parking space is located in the same block (although in a different building) and measures 4.41 meters long by 2.30 meters wide, making it suitable for medium or small cars.
- The possibility of leaving luggage before arrival or after departure is subject to availability (please check with the host), as well as the option for early check-in or late checkout.

I'm always available for guests if they need help with anything, although I appreciate respecting nighttime hours for non-urgent matters.
