Downtown Large Apartment Guest Suite

We were super pleased with the accommodation. It was spacious, well equipped and close to all attractions. Checking in was very simple and always received quick response from the hosts.

The apartment was stocked with plenty of kitchen items. It was mostly comfortable and located near the convention center metro station. Grocery store nearby was good. Apartment was easy to find.

Message response was pretty bad. Had to contact 3 different phone numbers to get check in instructions. Didnt get check in email with instructions until 2 days after we had access to the property. Management company had to text me the access code and information via phone. Questions went unanswered on booking.com app for days. Had to ask multiple times for responses. Air conditioning did not flow to the only bedroom. Just 3 holes in the wall for AC. One to front room and 2 in kitchen. This made the back room pretty warm if the door was closed at all.

Quick walk to the DC Conference Center in a quiet area. The apartment was perfect for my family with a comfy bed and couch. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials.

Problems with the keypad access during our stay made it tricky with a single set of keys, but the host did make an effort to remedy the issue

Amazing location esp if attending a conference at the convention centre. Lovely apartment. Would stay there again.

Getting in was problematic as the keypad did not work. I arrived very late but luckily there was a lovely woman I was able to call who helped me get in and find a key.
