Arriving at the scheduled check in time to find that the apartment was still not cleaned was very disappointing. Despite our request to check in early, the cleaner was late to clean, and in the end, we managed to gain access 2 hours later than official check in time around 5pm, and we were quite exhausted already from a long flight from South Africa. And dishwasher was still working even as we got in. There was a lack of “homely” basics like no tea, coffee or water available at the flat like most Airbnb’s.
