2ndhomes Loft studio with best location in Kluuvi

Well located, quite accessible and with supermarkets and restaurant around. The place was quiet, very clean and cozy

The mattress was deformed, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. A microwave could have also made our life easier

Apartment was great - really really nice.

Had to go get the keys from from one location and then go to the apartment. It would be fine, expect it was a rainy evening and I had all of my luggage with me, so it was inconvenient to go to two different locations: one for the key; one for the apartment. Also I was not happy that I had to submit my personal ID. It puts me at risk for ID theft, as I dont know how they collect of store my ID.

The flat is comfortable, and it is on the ground floor in a good location. They have plenty of sheets and towels, and there are also basic kitchen tools. It is also located next to the metro station, however, you can go to the city by foot as well.

Keys collection: you need to collect the keys at another address. Deposit: I have to give a 200-euro deposit to get the access code for the Keys. I am aware that this is becoming a more and more popular practice; I do not like it. Since this was a flat with a kitchen (I stayed for 10 days). I would have expected maybe some salt and oil. basic stuff. The coffee machine uses special capsules that you can only get in special stores!!. Maybe if you leave 1 or 2 capsules as a courtesy, then I have time to buy them in the next few days.

Very good location. Spotless clean and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with all you need, except a hair dryer if you might need one. There is also a smart tv if you want to watch some Netflix, Amazon prime or YouTube

Be careful that after you pay, they will ask you to pay an extra 200 euro deposit which they promise that they will return. Another problem is that you need to pick your key from a lockbox located at about 800m away from the address itself. You get two keys and then you have to solve the secret of which apartment they fit. But it just needs a little attention to the photos they send you. Once you enter the apartment everything is fine. Ah, also you have to climb a stair to get to the bed. If you're over 50 maybe choose something else.
