One upgrade later, this home was born. We like to joke that it’s only fair to name it after “Matt,” because without that perfectly timed purchase, this place wouldn’t exist. We won’t name names—but if the phrase “alright, alright, alright” pops into your head while you’re here, just know you’re in on the joke.
