You’ll be within walking distance to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, the legendary honky tonk Broken Spoke, and the best restaurants & attractions along S. Lamar, S. Congress & S. 1st. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a great neighborhood:

- Wifi & Smartlocks
- Large private backyard with patio and outdoor dining table
- Fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker w/k-cups, microwave, and all dish-ware & cooking essentials
- three bedrooms with closets and high-quality mattresses, pillows, and linens
- High-quality sleeper sofa (by Article) with premium linens in living room
- Master bedroom has a king bed, includes a private full bathroom and 55” TV
- Utility room - brand new, full size LG washer & dryer
- Designated parking spot in driveway (1 car) and plenty of free street parking
Note: This is a unit in a two-unit duplex. It is private and the only adjoining wall is in the living area & utility room.

Wonderful experience. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the area is convenient for everything that we enjoy doing in Austin. House was clean and comfortable. Nice get away while recovering from a water leak in our home.
