About this apartment rental
Located in a village of 15 cottages owned by the municipality. This studio apartment is attached to two other holiday rentals. It is entirely on the ground floor and accessible for people with reduced mobility. The living area (TV, internet access) includes a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen/living area is equipped with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a shower room with a toilet. Bed linen and towels are available for hire. Cleaning service is charged by the hour for an additional fee. Electric heating and utilities are included. A private terrace, garden furniture, and a communal barbecue are available. There is a private carport and parking. A laundry service is available on request on-site (€18 for one wash and one dry). A communal playground is also available. Just 600m from the beach, the sea and the tides will set the rhythm of your stay! The large beach of Siouville is among the most beautiful in Normandy and is renowned for surfing and windsurfing (surfing center). The municipality manages a campsite and this holiday village, which is a favorite with families. This building, comprised of three adjoining apartments, is located right next to a sports field and the tennis club. You will have access to the campsite's play facilities. A reception area is also available. A few seasonal shops and the surf school are nearby and within walking distance. Ideal for children, this friendly location offers the opportunity to discover the Cotentin peninsula and its unspoiled landscapes.
