40m2 apartment for 4 persons in a quiet residence with terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the port of Carteret. Main room (ground floor): 18m2 about with bay window overlooking terrace (garden furniture and 2 chairs / chairs), fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dish strainer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, robots, toaster ...) dining table with 4 chairs, living room with 2 armchairs, flat screen TV and a buffet. A corridor leading to the entrance, 1 bedroom: double bed 140x190 (duvet, pillows, pillow) and wardrobe, bathroom: with shower, bathroom cabinet basin and washing machine, 1 separate toilet, a closet for shoes and coats, stairs to the room in the basement (boat hull effect) with two 90 bed and closet, cot and highchair. Cave bike. Great location, downtown and beach about 200m walk, the car is only necessary to get to the large area that is on Barneville.

Absolutely fantastic property in a stunning location. The apartment had everything you could wish for, we really enjoyed taking breakfast on the patio overlooking Barneville beach. The weather was outstanding, in fact a little too hot at times! The host took time to explain everything and show us where everything was kept. And she was exceptionally patient with my schoolboy French! Hoping we will be able to return soon. Formidable!

Sympathique escapade dans le cotention, où nous avons apprécié le calme, la météo étant favorable nous avons pû faire de longues marches le long de la corniche, et nous avons profité de ce gîte extrémement bien équipé et très propre - la propriétaire est à notre disposition pour l'arrivée et le départ - rien à redire - nous pensons y retourner pour cette fois se baigner dans cette mer d'huile !!

L'appartement est idéalement situé à Carteret: de très belles promenades à faire et une très belle plage à 5 minutes de marche. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe (ça compte beaucoup quand on y passe trois jours confiné !). L'appartement est très fonctionnel, notre hôte très arrangeante quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Appartement calme, propreté irréprochable, bien situé, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Endroit reposant pour de bonnes vacances avec une vue panoramique magnifique sur la mer. Quel plaisir le levé de soleil sur le port grandiose. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et tous les autres repas que du bonheur. Merci beaucoup à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa ponctualité. Rien à redire je recommande.

L appartement est situe sur les hauteurs de carteret, il offre une vue imprenable sur la baie et le port. Il est a 10-15 min a pied de la plage de la potiniere et du centre ville. L appart est tres bien equipé pour cuisiner et pour les bebes. Manque juste la chaise haute. C est tres calme et facile de se garer. Attention neanmoins sibvous venez avec des enfants en bas age, il y a bcp de bibelots a surelever...ma fille de 14 mois a cassé une lampe sur un gueridon des le premier jour. Celle ci nous a ete facturee cher lors de notre depart. Mais des gentilles attention seront pretes a votre arrivee. Je recommande.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wurde. Da der Wohnbereich etwas klein ist, gibt es nur zwei Sessel. Ein gemütlicher Fernsehabend zu Viert war nicht möglich. Dafür hat die tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht das ausgeglichen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Zur Wohnung gehören auch noch zwei Parkplätze. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder diese Wohnung nehmen.

Saubere und schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf's Meer. Minuspunkt: das Bett ist einfach zu klein für zwei!! OT Carteret der interessanteste Teil, in Barneville kann man einkaufen, und Barneville-Plage hat einen Riesen-Strand aber keine geeigneten Restaurants. Trotzdem ist Barneville-Cateret immer eine Reise wert. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Très bon séjour dans ce logement parfaitement propre dans lequel absolument rien ne manque. La localisation est un bon point de départ pour visiter la région. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur ma mer. Les enfants étaient ravis de leur chambre et de l'espace de jeu qui leur y était alloué. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
