About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 290 m² house with indoor and outdoor swimming pools for rent in Trélissac. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It comprises a 56 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower), three bathrooms (with bath) and a garden of around 2.7 hectares. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A bathroom (with bath)
- A shower room (with shower)

Ground floor
- 56 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms (with bath)
- 2 separate WCs
- 8x4 m² heated indoor pool with fitness equipment, steam room and shower area
First floor
- Bedroom 5 with sloping ceilings: double bed (140x190)
- Shower room
- A music/reading room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, heated 13 x 5 m² swimming pool protected by a roller shutter.
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of around 2.7 hectares
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Trélissac, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
