Fully renovated air-conditioned detached house with petanque court, wooded garden, private heated swimming pool 11x5. Fully fenced and closed by an electric gate.
Large living room, dining room + fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms 3 shower rooms.
This house is located in the center of the Périgord Blanc at the gates of Périgueux, close to the tourist sites of the Dordogne valley: Lascaux Caves, Multiple castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Le Bugue, Sarlat, Domme and multiple recognized prehistoric sites around Les Eyzies.

Christophe, the property owner was extremely nice and extremely responsive to all our queries. On one of the first few days a problem developed on the washing machine and Christophe managed to get a repairman over to fix the problem within a few hours. The property itself was great and matched the pictures and the previous reviews extremely well. We particularly liked the location as it provided quick access to Perigueux while still being in a beautiful rural area. It is also well located for trips South and the Dordogne river valley. There are beautiful sights to visit along the Dordogne river. We found many beautiful walks in the countryside right from the doorsteps. I would highly rate this property, its location and the owner. p.s. There is a great Boulangerie a quick walk from the property.
