About this house rental
Come and recharge your batteries in our family home, located 40 minutes from Sarlat, 20 minutes from Montignac, the Lascaux caves, 15 minutes from the castle of Hautefort, 40 minutes from Périgueux and 10 minutes from the La Bachellerie motorway exit.
It is located in a small, very quiet village, in Châtres, surrounded by meadows and forests.
This old farmhouse has been restored in the Périgord style. It is composed on the first floor of an equipped kitchen, a living room with functional fireplace and toilet;
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
An outbuilding with an air-conditioned fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace facing the pool (heated and secured with electric curtain).
At disposal, a plancha, a ping-pong table, 2 bicycles and games for children.
