The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a double living room, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a parking lot, including 2 sheltered spaces. It can accommodate 10 to 12 people. It is equipped with WIFI access and television, household linen (sheets, blankets, tea towels, hand towels, bathrobes ...) is provided free of charge, end of stay cleaning fees are included in the price. Non-smoking rental, pets accepted.

A beautiful rustic farmhouse of great character, with lots of space and large garden, just 15 minutes walk ( steep hill) from central Perigueux, its history, lanes and amazing restaurants.The host is lovely-brought us fruit from her orchard and was very helpful. NB there is no internet.
